Stop for utility hazards
Treat every downed or low wire as live. Keep people and pets away and contact the utility or emergency services. A hauling crew is not a substitute for electrical response or hazardous-tree work.
Look up before moving branches
Hanging limbs and split trees can shift without warning. If anything remains suspended or under tension, leave the area and contact a qualified tree professional.
Check the ground and access
Saturated soil, standing water and mossy paving can make a normal carry route unsafe. Photograph the route and mention soft ground, steep steps or blocked parking before scheduling.
